There probably aren't many comedians who get picketed by both Christian conservatives and radical feminists, but that's how Lea DeLaria rolls. Like her hard-edged yet lovable character Big Boo on the hit Netflix series "Orange Is the New Black", DeLaria speaks her mind, and isn't afraid of cutting through political correctness in talking about life as a lesbian. The first out gay comedian on American TV, DeLaria spent a couple decades as a groundbreaking stand-up and a Broadway star ("The Rocky Horror Show") before landing her SAG Award-winning role as Big Boo. To top it all off, she's a raved about jazz vocalist who's released five albums, including "House of David", a swinging tribute to David Bowie. You can catch her hilarious commentary live when she brings her latest show, "A Man for All Seasons", to Broadway Center's Rialto Theater in Seattle. Singer-songwriter Kim Archer opens the show.
